What we collect, and what we don’t.

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes your submission to our business email. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email or call.

Phone calls are recorded. Calls to our main number, 949.693.0664, are answered by an AI-powered attendant. The attendant records and transcribes each call so we can follow up accurately, and its service provider processes those recordings and transcripts on our behalf. If you’d rather not be recorded, please email us instead.

Please don’t send Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Federal Contract Information (FCI), passwords, or other sensitive data through the contact form or ordinary email. If an engagement calls for exchanging sensitive files, we’ll set up an appropriate secure method first.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how people arrive (for example, from a search engine or LinkedIn), general location at the city or region level, device and browser type, and actions such as clicking our phone number or email link or submitting the contact form. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell repeat visits apart.

Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We don’t use Google Analytics advertising features, and we never try to identify individual visitors. We keep analytics data for up to 14 months.

Other services this site uses

• Hosting. Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
• Fonts. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when you visit.
• Blog. Our blog runs on WordPress. It doesn’t set cookies for visitors and has no comment system.

How we use information

We use what you send us to answer your questions, prepare proposals, and deliver services you engage us for. We use analytics to improve the site’s content and usability. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their marketing. We disclose information only to the service providers named above so they can run the site, or when the law requires it.

Do Not Track

This site doesn’t currently change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. You can still opt out of analytics using the cookie controls and add-on described above.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence, including call recordings and transcripts, for as long as we need it to respond to you, serve your organization, and keep ordinary business records. The entire site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and we apply the same security practices to our own systems that we recommend to our clients.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@quadbsystems.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep records that the law requires us to keep.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of this page.
